Upland’s open kitchen turns out wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas, and seasonal American dishes — from Bucatini Cacio e Pepe to the iconic Cheeseburger and Fire Roasted Salmon. Starters, entrées, and sides round out a thoughtfully crafted menu, paired with a food-friendly wine list and smart by-the-glass selections.

GROUP DINING

Designed by the renowned Roman and Williams, our space brings Stephen Starr’s vision to life through seasonal, family-style menus crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients. Our non-private main dining room accommodates up to 16 guests seated, while our private option hosts up to 40 seated or 60 standing. For larger celebrations, a full buyout accommodates up to 250 guests. For parties of 7 or more, please contact our Events Department.
